Cookson Park

Fancy having a go at skateboarding or cycle speedway? Why not take a visit to Cookson Park. It also has a children's play area and football pitches. Various supervised activities take place both after school and in the holidays. See activities page for more details.

We are pleased to announce that the toilet block in now situated on Cookson Park thanks to Viridor funding. This means the "British Cycling Federation" will be organising their championship matches at Cookson Park. The date will be some time in August, to be confirmed. We are hoping to expand this activity by organising a mini festival to run along side this event. Watch this space or contact ourselves for more information.
